Mark Dunajtschik, who is to build and donate our New Childrens Hospital, was named as Wellingtonian of the Year at last nights “Welly” Awards for his philanthropic work over past years.
“We are so pleased that Mark has been recognised in this way and offer our congratulations” said Bill Day, Chair of Wellington Hospitals Foundation. “Mark and his team, together with the Hospital, are on track with plans for our New Children’s Hospital here in Wellington. It has been a wonderful year for Children’s Health and Mark’s recognition last night tops of an amazing year for him and sick children in the Wellington Region”.
