We were thrilled to be presented with $50,000 from the incredibly hard working members of the Awapuni Rotary Club.
We are very fortunate that the new children’s hospital is being supported by many generous individuals, families, businesses and charitable organisations throughout our region.
Rotary District 9940 are working within their clubs and communities to raise $500,000 for two whanau rooms in the new hospital. These spaces will be essential breakaway areas for families spending long hours in hospital with their children, and will include lounge, dining, play, breastfeeding and kitchen facilities. Laundry facilities will also be available in other areas of the hospital.
