1. Your Regular Gift
Thank you for choosing to support Wellington Hospitals Foundation by making a regular gift.
By signing up, you agree to these Regular Giving Terms & Conditions. If you choose Direct Debit as your payment method, you also authorise Wellington Hospitals Foundation to establish a Direct Debit Authority in accordance with these terms.
Your donation will help Wellington Hospitals Foundation improve healthcare for patients and their families across our region.
2. Donation Amount and Frequency
Your donation will be processed using the amount, frequency, and payment method you selected during sign-up until you ask us to change or cancel your regular gift.
Your donation will be processed on, or as close as practicable to, the date advised during your sign-up.
3. Changing Your Donation
You may increase, decrease, pause or cancel your regular donation at any time by contacting us.
Where possible, please allow at least three business days before your next scheduled payment for changes to take effect.
4. Failed Payments
If your payment cannot be processed, we may retry your payment or contact you to update your payment details.
5. Our Promise to you
Every donation helps improve the lives of patients and their families. You can read our Donor Promise here.
6. Communication Preferences
We'd love to keep you informed about the impact of your support, our fundraising activities and other opportunities to help improve healthcare across our region. You can update your communication preferences or opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Please note that we may still contact you about matters relating to your regular donation, such as receipts, payment processing or changes to your giving arrangement.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters. We’ll collect, use and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Statement here and the Privacy Act 2020.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes materially affect your regular giving arrangement, we will notify you before they take effect.
9. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, Wellington Hospitals Foundation may consider refund requests made within two months of the donation where:
- A donation was processed in error;
- An administrative error occurred; or
- Exceptional circumstances, including financial hardship, may apply.
Refund requests received after an annual donation receipt has been issued may not be able to be processed.

11. Direct Debit Authority
By providing my details and agreeing to these terms and conditions I authorise Wellington Hospitals Foundation to debit my account with the agreed amount and frequency from Flo2Cash Limited, until further notice. I agree that this authority is subject to your bank’s terms and conditions that relate to your account and the specific terms and conditions listed below.
Specific conditions relating to notices and disputes
You may ask your bank to reverse a direct debit up to 120 calendar days after the debit if:
- You do not receive a written notice of the amount and date of each direct debit from the initiator, or
- You receive a written notice but the amount or the date of debiting is different from the amount or the date specified on the notice.
- If the bank dishonours a direct debit but the initiator sends the direct debit a second time within 5 business days of the original direct debit, the initiator is not required to notify me a second time of the amount and date of the direct debit.
- Flo2Cash acts as a payment processing agent for Wellington Hospitals Foundation and has no express or implied liability in relation to the goods and services provided by Wellington Hospitals Foundation or the terms and conditions of any other agreement.
Flo2Cash is not responsible for any fees that may be charged to you by either the Flo2Cash or the bank.
12. Acceptance
By signing up to be a regular giver to Wellington Hospitals Foundation you confirm that:
- you have read and agree to these Regular Giving Terms & Conditions;
- the information you have provided is accurate;
- if paying by Direct Debit, you authorise Wellington Hospitals Foundation to establish a Direct Debit Authority for your nominated bank account; and
- if paying by recurring card payment, you authorise Wellington Hospitals Foundation to charge your nominated card for your regular donation.
