Warm clothing is essential to helping keep our tamariki healthy through the winter months.
That’s why we’re proud to join Middlemore Foundation in partnering with Standard Issue on their Jumper for Jumper campaign.
Now a year-round initiative, every Standard Issue purchase contributes to the donation of warm woollen essentials, including beanies, mittens and vests, to tamariki across our region. Our first supply has been distributed to community nursing teams in Central Wellington and Porirua, who are helping get these much-needed items to the whānau who need them most.
Among those to receive the new woollens was Happy, who looked very cosy in her new gear.
A huge thank you to Standard Issue for their commitment to local whānau, and to everyone supporting Jumper for Jumper. Because when children are warm, they’re more likely to stay well and out of hospital.
