It was an honour to see the wishes of the late Sandra Stewart brought to life through a gift she left us in her Will, made in memory of her late daughter, Amanda.
With a desire to support the Renal Service and the healthcare team she care about, Sandra’s gift has provided new vital signs monitoring equipment alongside a beautiful piece of artwork for the ward, all adorned with plaques remembering Amanda.
It was lovely to hear stories and memories during the presentation from members of the renal team who knew Sandra and helped to choose the equipment and artwork, giving us a glimpse into the person behind this very special gift and the care it will bring.
Through Sandra’s generosity, her and Amanda’s memory will remain part of the Renal Service for years to come, thank you.
