We are excited to share that Wellington Hospitals Foundation’s long term charity partner, Wellington Rugby Football Union, are building a house to raise money for Junior Rugby and Wellington Regional Children’s Hospital!
‘The House that Wellington Rugby Built’ will be auctioned off at its completion, where the successful buyer will walk away with the keys to a fantastic new family home.
The 168 square meter family home is being built in Upper Hutt. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a media room and double garage, as well as generous garden space. The build is now well underway, with the frames going up right this very second!
Bill Day, Chair of Wellington Hospitals Foundation, says he is delighted with the ongoing support of Wellington Regional Children’s Hospital from Wellington Rugby. “The House that Wellington Rugby Built is a fantastic initiative that will help the Foundation fund essential medical equipment for our children’s hospital.”
This project is possible thanks to the amazing support of Wellington Rugby’s partners, suppliers sponsors, and business networks.
