We are thrilled to have Carolyn Mills, Principal Harpist with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, join our Volunteer Music Programme. Not only is Carolyn a celebrated international performer and teacher, but she has also conducted masterclasses and workshops around the world. Her music creates a therapeutic and reflective sound cloud that fills our hospital atrium, and as with all our volunteer musicians, it greatly enhances the environment for patients, staff and visitors to the hospital. We are also extremely fortunate to have Carolyn playing meditative, calming and restorative music in other areas of our hospital including NICU and Kenepuru Hospital. Carolyn will be playing again at Wellington Regional Hospital Atrium on 11 February at noon.
