Imagine someone who has a serious lung disease, like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), where simple acts like breathing become a monumental struggle.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are delighted to have funded an Inogen Portable Oxygen Concentrator, for the use of patients within the Kapiti community who rely on home oxygen therapy. Patients will be able to borrow the unit from the Kapiti Health Centre for up to two weeks at a time, to enable them to attend hospital appointments and special events.
