Having an operation can be very scary, even for the bravest among us! To help make the experience a lot loss less frightening and overwhelming for our wee patients, the Foundation recently funded a fleet of five super cool electric cars for children to travel to theatres in, at both Wellington and Kenepuru Hospitals. Among them is a Mercedes S165 AMG, an All Blacks Ford Ranger and an Audi R8 Spyder! We hear the budding Greg Murphy’s have been making sharp times along some of the hospital corridors!
