In a very short space of time the world around us looks quite different, but what remains is the tireless dedication of our Hospital Health Workers.
We have received a number of requests from people wanting to make Gratitude Donations to the Hospital (CCDHB) for hospital staff and health workers welfare and other purposes, in support of the hard work our frontline staff are undertaking in these unprecedented circumstances.
Wellington Hospitals Foundation is accepting gratitude donations to be used for the welfare of DHB staff or any other purpose that a donor wishes.
I invite you to make a Gratitude Donation so that Wellington Hospitals Foundation and our hospital leadership team can:
- Provide welfare support to our frontline health care staff
- Respond flexibly and quickly should any other need arise for patients or our hospitals during this uncertain time.

Please select “Greatest Need” from the drop-down list and in the “Notes” section, please specify “Staff Welfare”. You will be issued with a tax deductible receipt automatically by email, so please ensure you enter your email address correctly.
Should you also wish to directly donate to your New Children’s Hospital Fund you are still be able to do so, and this will also help ensure the ongoing viability of this critical project for our region during this difficult time.
