Wellington Hospital’s Gastroenterology waiting room was a small and unattractive space with little natural light. Thanks to our kind donors, we’ve been able to bring a little more interest to this area with stunning decals from NZ’s aerosol and stencil artist, FLOX, with her trademark native birds, ferns and flowers that celebrate Aotearoa’s environmental taonga.
We were also pleased to provide a few established plants as well as nature DVDs for the waiting area, making this narrow space a much more inviting and calmer environment for patients and their families.
