Help Hospi keep our sick kids warm this winter!
Wellington Regional Children’s Hospital sees a significant increase in the number of children who are admitted to hospital over the winter months, and many of them come in without a pair of pyjamas to wear. For many Wellington families in need, the simple act of having warm pyjamas and heating their home is more than they can afford. A warm pair of pyjamas, to keep our children warm at night, can help prevent them from being admitted to hospital this winter.
Clinical Nurse Specialist at Wellington Regional Children’s Hospital, Charlotte Stanczuk said, “This appeal will make a significant difference this winter for the many children who come to hospital. We also have a significant number of sick children in our care who are seen at home by our community nurses, and we want to help them also. Thanks for helping keep sick kids warm this winter.”
