Knit in one colour or stripe it!
If changing colour do it on a KNIT row.
6 - 8 50g balls of Double Knit. (8 ply) minimum 6 balls.
Size 5cm needles.
Cast on 140 sts.
K1, P1 rib for 11 rows.
Eyelet edge
Row 1 KNIT
Row 2 K 10 (border), (yrn, k2 tog,) till last 10 sts, knit 10.
Row 3. KNIT inc 1 st along row. (141 st)
Main pattern
Row 4. Knit
Row 5. K10,Purl to last 10 sts, K10.
Row 6. Knit
Row 7. K10, Purl to last 10 sts, K10.
Row 8. K10, K1, (P2, K1) till last 10 sts
Row 9. K10, P1, (K2, P1) till last 10 sts
Repeat Row 4 - 9 till desired length. Finishing with a WSR.
Eyelet edge.

Row 3 …..Knit.

Cast off.
Sew in ends & block or very lightly press with a damp cloth.
