It's always a good day when we get to welcome special guests to visit our Te Wao Nui Children's Hospital.
Wellington Lions players Stanley Solomon, Callum Harkin, Hugo Plummer and James O'Reilly spent the morning meeting children, whānau and staff. It's visits like these that always help brighten the day for patients, families and the teams caring for them.
Tiaki and Leo the Lion were even spotted playing on the playscape! Alongside Wellington Pride captain Valini Vaka and vice-captain Keira Su’a-Smith who we’re proud to have wearing our logo on her back.
We are incredibly grateful to Wellington Rugby for their ongoing support of the Foundation. Our partnership has spanned almost 20 years, creating opportunities to bring moments of joy and connection to our hospital community.
